Order Processing: Your order will be processed within 4-5 business days. Once it's ready, UPS will pick it up for shipment.
Shipment Time: Dear valued U.S. customers, we are pleased to provide you with our U.S. Ground Shipping Map down below. This map includes the estimated transit time for each state, allowing you to receive your shipment in a timely manner.
After your item has been shipped, kindly track your package to ensure its safe delivery. You must contact us within one week in case of any issues with your items or if you haven't received them. Please be aware that if we don't hear back from you within this timeframe, we will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or if you receive the wrong items in your package. Therefore, it is imperative that you get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that we work hard to deliver all orders as soon as possible, but our small staff and high volume of orders may cause some delays. Also, note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
